(O)- Observe 1 (one) part of people's bodies when they speak.
After this week of observation, I have derived a statement that I believe completely encompasses everything in life:
The amount someone moves their mouth when they speak is directly proportional to how much of an extrovert that person is.
For example, let us observe two (fictional) people.
The first, a quite, reserved person who enjoys the serenity of being alone. Not one to be the life of the party. When they speak, they hardly move their mouth, creating a mumbled diction. Introvert- mumbler- doesn't move his mouth a lot.
The second person is an outspoken, lively one. Friends with everyone, and very loud. Their mouth moves a lot.
Don't believe me? Watch, it'll be proven to you.
Adventure is Just Bad Planning.

Weeeek 12! (L) Leave Something at Someone's House
I've been really lazy with this lately, which isn't good. At all. Buuuut, I'm gonna get better soon!
This week's challenge was unintentionally finished. Went over to a friend's house, brought my brother with. (I've been watching my almost-eleven-month-old brother a lot lately, so if I wanna go somewhere, I bring him!) He was being a really picky eater- so cheerioes and beans were his dinner. Yummmm, right?! Anywhoooo, long story short, left the leftover's at their house. They wanted to know if they could eat them. Yeahppp. Until next week.....

Week 9... and 10... and 11
Okay, I've fallen behind a bit, but here's me catching up! *cue applause track*
Week 9~ (I) Try a new flavor of Ice Cream.
This one was a lot harder than I'd imagined it would be. BUT I found a great new ice cream.
Haagendazs has a flavor called "Caramel Cone" (you can see it at http://www.haagendazs.com/Products/Product/2450). It's essentially vanilla ice cream with caramel & bits of chocolate covered waffle cone. It's really great. Kind of life changing. And now I have a new favorite ice cream.
On a side note, this is one of the reasons that I enjoy this challenge. My life isn't necessarily the most "exciting" per say, but given the incentive to go out and try things is really great. Also why it's a bit irking that I've fallen behind, BUT I've got like, forty weeks left; so it's all good, right?
Okay, so week 10- (J) Jewelry making time!!
flashhhhbackkk timeeeee.
When I was younger, I had this awkward almost obsession with making jewelry. The only problem is that I was never good at it. I always managed to make awkward necklaces, or bracelets too chunky for anyone's taste.
I'd like to think that now that I'm older, I'm a bit better.
I had a really good idea, and I tried to make it a reality- I decided to make this bar-beady-earring-thing. I'm sure pictures would help a lot more than trying to describe it though.

Pretty cool, huh? I thought so, at least. Because.... it's only one earring..... but it's big and stuff.....
Yeah, okay. That's my jewelry. Tada!
Finally- week 11- (K) Make a flag of a state/country that starts with the letter K.
Kiribati! An island nation located in the central tropical Pacific Ocean- permanent population is just over 100,000 and composed of 32 atolls (a coral island encircling a lagoon) and one raised coral island, dispersed over 3.5 million square kilometres, (1,351,000 square miles) straddling the equator, and bordering the International Date Line at its easternmost point. (thank youuuu Wikipedia!)
I'd never heard of this island before, so I did a bit of research- and it's quite a quaint place!
I made a flag on my laptop, but it isn't wanting to attach to this post, so pictures to come later!
Now that I'm done with my ridiculously long post, I must figure out what I'm doing for this next challenge.
Until next time......

Week Eight: (H) Give as Many High-Five's as Possible.
I'm a big advocate for high-fives-- they're not awkward, yet they allow you to show your gratitude/approval to a person. This challenge is great.
I broke it down into counting it daily, then I added it up at the end.
Sunday:32
Monday:45
Tuesday:29
Wednesday:19
Thursday:15
Friday:13
Thanks to public school, I gave 153 high-fives from Sunday to Friday.
I'm awesome.

Week Seven: (G) GO BANANAS!!!
Starting this post off with a bit of honesty: I hate bananas.
Well, I'd really like to like bananas. I'd like to even just be able to tolerate them. But I can't. They actually nauseate me. To the point of near vomit.
Now that that's out in the open, you should know that this week's challenge- as vague as it is- was particularly... well... challenging.
Through a funny turn of events, though, I accomplished this task.
As I was watching some kids (ages 1-7) the other night, we started a conversation about what animal/inanimate object each of us were. The first couple kids were dogs, apples, etc. When it came to my turn, however, I was told I look like "a banana peach ice cream cake." I've quite literally "gone bananas.

Week Six: (F) Find Something Odd at a Store.
Okay, so I didn't really go to the store this week, but, I did what I could. That being said, the only thing "odd" about my find was the oddity in how awesome it is.
I went to Goodwill, one of my favorite places on this Earth, and though there were many "odd" things within that store-- small figurines of old men, strange Halloween costumes, the usual-- I couldn't find anything worthy enough for this week's challenge. I had picked up a pair of jeans (for I am in desperate need for them) and was looking though the vases and house decorations when I stumbled upon two of my favorite books. I picked them up and went to the register to ask about the price.
Ladies and Gentlemen, I bought The Hunger Games for $0.89 and Catching Fire for $1.79. Goodwill trip = successful. Funnily enough, they are the first two books that I actually "own." Though I have a whole big bookshelf full of assorted books- most of them theological- these were the first books I've ever bought with my own money. I feel quite accomplished in life.

Week Five: (E) Eat Something You've Never Tried Before.
Not gonna lie, I was really excited for this one, mostly just for the reason that I love food. In my mind, I would go to some random little Vietnamese restaurant-- with beads for the door, and pillow cushions for seats-- sit down, and eat a dog or something. Cos I mean, c'mon. I've never eaten a dog.
But, alas, my culinary adventures weren't as such.
Honestly, my food-item-that-I've-never-had-before was a mint Oreo. Not too exciting.
But it was great. So. Great-- like, a Girl Scouts' Thin Mint (trademark?), but cheaper and all year 'round!
This is a new beginning to a wonderful, Oreo filled life.
